In the latest edition of Jameson Williams suspensions, Williams faces a two-game suspension for taking Performance Enhancing Supplements

The NFLPA states PES's are products that "are marketed as products that will enhance your health, your stamina, [or] your performance". This encompasses a lot of things, creatine, pre-workout, and even protein powder, to name a few. It is currently unkown what exactly was found in Williams's system.

It's an unfortunate turn of events for Williams, who was having a career year, putting up 17 receptions for 361 yards, good enough for an average of 21.2 yards per reception. If suspended, the Lions will miss his speed on the field. As for getting a new contract as a former 1st-round pick, this will seriously hurt his case to be paid as a top receiver in the NFL.

Williams spoke with ESPN following the news, and he is quoted saying "No choice but to take it on the chin... I'm in good spirits just ready to get back with my brothers ASAP". His maturity is showing again, and this will surely be a learning experience for the young wide-out.
